AMCA ANNOUNCEMENT 2020

To all our loyal riders, members and officials.
It is with regret that we have to announce an additional rate increase to the 2020 motocross licence fee.
Directors thought long and hard about this decision but the AMCA faces an unprecedented increase in insurance premiums as a result of an influx of claims.
The 2020 motocross licence will cost £80 but this price will increase to £99 from 1st March to help alleviate the pressures brought to bear from such a hefty insurance premium.
The public liability policy premium alone has increased by £224,000 – this has resulted in a total insurance cost of over half a million pounds for 2020.
The Directors want to make licence holders aware that the AMCA will absorb the bulk of the increase this year through the use of AMCA reserves but advise that the entry fee will increase in 2021.
Riders renewing or taking a new licence before 1st March will still pay the original price of £80.
We look forward to your continued support in 2020.
AMCA Board of Directors.

The AMCA are saddened to hear of the passing of long time AMCA supporter Ron Lippitt.

The funueral will be held on 22nd January at 11am at Chruch Eaton Church, Church Eaton and then afterward at the Royal Oak, Church Eaton.
