Resource Centre South Staffs Team races heating up

The South Staffs Club Team Race Championships which have been run at seleted meeting this year is now approaching the final races.
The Experts and Seniors have now completed their 3 races and the top club team in the Experts is Cannock followed by Coalville and Polesworth, meanwhile the Seniors resulted in a win for Coalville closely followed by Burntwood and Stratford Pyramids.
This Sunday will see the final race for the Juniors being run by Moseley at Dunston. The positions after 2 rounds is Coalville with 38 points, Wolverhampton with 47 and Burntwood with 70, so there is still a very good chance there could be an upset in the final run in.
Overall with this weeks Junior and 3 Inter races remaining, Stratford on 25/09/11, Midland Social on 02/10/11 and Coalville on 16/10/11, Coalville are in the lead followed by Burntwood and Polesworth who are seperated by only 20 points.
An awful lot will depend on the Junior race this week as the clubs with few or no Inters will be trying to get some valuable points in the bag for the overall.
