Resource Centre Charnock/Stockport double header - 28th August

The AMCA's Charnock and Stockport motocross clubs' next event is confirmed as 28th August 2011 where both close tracks will again be used!
Entrance for the race will be £26 via AMCA. Could all potential riders read note to pre-book via the AMCA because they can’t guarantee spaces for late entries and day licences due to the expected high take up of the race
They will be running both tracks together again but will be making some subtle changes to the previous lay-out to add more fun, and practice should start around 9am.
There will be 7 blocks of races, 2 x experts, 2 x seniors, and 3 x juniors (1 x MX1, 1 x MX2 and 1 x MX2 18 and under) there will be no inters Trophies will be down to 5th place for all groups. We will also be running 3 additional 10 minute fun Le-Man’s running start races at the end of the day in aid of the Corey Ashcroft appeal, (Tom can you please email some content for this) experts open, seniors open and juniors open maximum 30 riders per race and free to enter for the top riders in each group. Top 10 riders from each group will receive an award.
Charnock and Stockport have both agreed to donate all raffle money collected on the day to this appeal, and if it’s quite low then both clubs will top it up to what we think should be a reasonable amount.
Camping will be allowed at £5 payable per vehicle on the day, PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTRANCE IS FROM 3PM ONWARDS FOR CAMPING AND NO VEHICLE SHOULD SET UP UNTIL TOLD WHERE TO PARK BY AN OFFICIAL ON THEN DAY, DON’T ASSUME BECAUSE YOU WILL BE MOVED IF YOUR NOT IN YOUR DESIGNATED PARKING AREA.
The Clubs will also be offering an award to the club that accumulates the most points on the day, and the same to the group (N/West and N/Midlands only)
This event will be run by both Charnock Richard MCC and Stockport MCC and classed as a Derby day, which we believe to be a first in AMCA racing.
