The Southern Supermoto club were in action at the weekend,staging two day's of great AMCA action at the Rednal Karting circuit.Andrew Awberry was there for us to send some top shots for your viewing.Top performer throughout the weekend was Lewis Cornish who won all six Expert races including a last moto classic,banging bars with rival Lee Williams.
Dirk Jordan (67) was the overall winner of the intermediate class over the two in rounds 9 & 10 of the Southern Supermoto championship. Reigning champion Richard Langrish (26) though finished a close 2nd and has what looks like an unbeatable lead in the championship with only one round left. A disappointed Ashley Saunders (331) finished 3rd after having mixed weekend with crashes and mistakes but could have finished higher. Mark Rigden (99) finished a very creditable 4th giving him a real chance of finishing runners up in the championship if he stays upright at Lydd on October 15th in the final round.
