Leading the way after the opening contest is FUS Marsh MX Husqvarna star Luke Burton who is just a very narrow 6 points ahead of Ryan Crowder on the fast Sandiford/Hazport Husqvarna. During round one, Burton went 1-2-1, his only defeat inflicted by Crowder. Currently holding 3rd spot in the standings is TMC/LDR Kawasaki ace Gary Gibson.
