Coalville 30th
Issue 24 (April 2009)
Coalville Motocross Club celebrated its 30 year anniversary with a great get together of old friends and members early in March. Over 200 people attended the night and were entertained by Jiggy, a local Celtic Rock Band. Vintage video footage was also played along with a photo and memorabilia display. As with all good get together many beers were drunk and an old tale or two was told. Pity the younger members of the club who could not get away without the old codgers telling them how it was back in the day. The times before improved suspension, lightweight bikes and graded tracks! Despite the ear-bashing a good time was had by all.
